2023 HKAEE Presentation Ceremony (Schools Sector)
Funded by the Environment and Conservation Fund and organised by the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC), "2023 HKAEE Presentation Ceremony (Schools Sector)" (hereafter "the Event") was successfully held on 2 Dec 2024.
To recognise the efforts exerted by participating schools in promoting environmental protection and fostering exchange of environmental education experiences within the education sector, this year the ECC specially arranged an afternoon session for the Schools Sector. The officiating guests of the event included the Under Secretary for Education, Dr Sze Chun-fai; Dr Cheng; Professor Wong; the Convenor of the Education Working Group under the ECC, Mr Wong Chi-keung; and the Commissioner for Climate Change of the Environment and Ecology Bureau (EEB), Mr Wong Chuen-fai.
The Green School Information and Experience Session running in parallel featured interactive information exhibitions, game booths and sharing sessions. Participants had the opportunity to learn from the green school awardees and deepen their knowledge of practising low-carbon living. The whole event attracted more than 400 participants, including School Head, Teachers, Non-teaching Staff, Students and Parents, with joyous atmosphere inside in the Event Hall.
