2023 HKAEE Presentation Ceremony (Schools Sector) cum Green School Information and Experience Session
Organised by the Environmental Campaign Committee (ECC) and the Environment and Ecology Bureau and funded by the Environment and Conservation Fund, "2023 HKAEE Presentation Ceremony (Schools Sector) cum Green School Information and Experience Session" (hereafter "the Event") will be held on 2 Dec 2024.
To recognise the efforts exerted by participating schools in promoting environmental protection and fostering exchange of environmental education experiences within the education sector, this year we have specially arranged the 2023 HKAEE Presentation Ceremony solely for the Schools Sector in the afternoon. Before and after the Presentation Ceremony, a Green School information and Experience Session will be organised. The Event will feature a variety of programmes, including more than 10 interactive information and game booths, sharing sessions, photo opportunities with the "Big Waster", etc. The ECC cordially invites School Head, Teachers, Non-teaching Staff, Students and Parents of all winning and interested schools to attend the Event, to share the joy of the winning school's achievements, learn from exemplary Green Schools and join games to discover tips for practising a low-carbon lifestyle. All event participants will receive "Big Waster" souvenirs!

Registration:
An invitation letter has been issued to all winning schools by the ECC in October 2024. Winning schools shall complete and return "Annex 2 – Reply Slip of Event Attendance" attached in the invitation email to confirm attendance of your school and provide details of the attendees. Any winning schools that have confirmed attendance but wish to bring along more school members, including school management, teachers, non-teaching staff, students and parents, to the Event, please complete and submit the following registration form to provide the number of additional participants of your school for reservation of seats.
The Event is open to winning schools and EPD's "We-recycle@School" Activity member schools that have received the invitation letter/email issued by the ECC in October 2024. "2023 HKAEE (Schools Sector) and 2023 Best Green Education Initiative Award" participating schools, HKAEE Alumni Community and Recipient Organisations (Schools) of Environment and Conservation Fund that have received the event invitation email in November 2024 are also welcome to join.
Regulation
Each registered school is required to show the admission QR code to enter the venue on the event date. The organiser reserves the right to make final decision on accepting schools other than the above-mentioned groups that are interested to join the event.
